For years, I worked in cyber cafés and IT shops along the Coast and saw the same problem every day: people from Diani had to travel all the way to Kwale, Mombasa, or even Nairobi just to access basic eCitizen services.
Long journeys, high transport costs, long queues, confusion, stress — it didn’t have to be this hard.
That’s when the idea was born: why not bring these services closer to home?
